Why We're Thankful
December 2020We couldn’t have done it without you.
For many reasons, 2020 will be a year we’ll never forget. When I reflect on it, I find many reasons to be thankful.
First and foremost, our team and clients are healthy. This means more to me than anything.
As many small businesses have had to close, I’m beyond grateful that we’re still here in our twelfth year. We’ve even expanded our services to ND, OH and AZ.
We’ve filled 80 positions with 100% client and talent satisfaction. Doing so safely during a pandemic with our entire team able to work remotely has been incredible.
I’m thankful to see True Talent Group voted a MSPBJ Best Places to Work for the second time, a true testament to the values we hold dear.
I’m honored to have been named the 2020 LLS Woman of the Year and to have received the Lifeblood Award, thanks to a tireless team who raised over $45,000! It’s a blessing to continue supporting our other true causes: Art Buddies, Dress for Success Twin Cities, and St. Jude, among others.
During this year that’s kept us all so distanced, I’m thankful for true connection. Connection through our first-ever virtual party. Connection with fellow business leaders through virtual roundtables and events. Connection with Riveter offering free support and resources to those who’ve suffered a job loss.
Last but certainly not least, connection with you — our community of wonderful talent, amazing clients, and true-blue fans. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you. God Bless.
In your corner, Stacey
