Recently, we gathered to celebrate fifteen years of hard work and happiness. 

Fifteen years of growth, and fifteen years of so… much… fun, making a difference and awesome people. Am I right? 

We wanted to say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 

Fifteen years ago, we embarked on a mission to redefine recruitment. 

To find true fit between PEOPLE and POSITION, true fit between SKILLS and CULTURE. 

To match clients with the talent they need, and immensely talented people with roles they love. 

Together, we faced tough challenges and setbacks, no doubt. But we never backed down to being true. Never. 

We embraced the grind, constantly striving, day in and day out, to be the very best version of ourselves. 

We’ve made over 1,000 placements to date and and we’re just so blessed to have supported our True Causes financially with more than $101,000 as well as with our own time and effort. We’ve helped so many by staying true, and we celebrated our 2023 TRUE STARS.

After fifteen years in our game, we believe we’re only just getting started.
