True Talent Group is excited to support Dress for Success Twin Cities at their largest fundraiser of the year on Thursday, March 5th – The Power of You!
 
The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. This mission will be showcased this year in connection with International Women’s Day as we support and celebrate their clients. Many people know of the suiting program that Dress for Success offers, but they do so much more. Through their career center, they work with women on their interviewing skills and updating resumes. The employment retention program focuses on professional growth; their job training and career center programs offer clients confidence building and networking skills, support during job searches, and more.

Lisa Matre, our Director of Operations, is a new member of the Development Committee at Dress for Success and she’s had the honor of working with and hearing from the amazing women that are doing the hard work of finding success within themselves through these programs. We promise you will leave the event on March 5th knowing you have helped a woman right here in the Twin Cities toward her goal of a better life!
