As you interview candidates for a job, you may be tempted to ask about how they handle conflict in the workplace. And that’s fine! Their reaction to dealing with stress and disagreements can be a good indicator of fit. Be sure, though, to have the person cite a specific example. This is one question where you want a more detailed answer and where body language and tone of voice will speak pretty loudly.
