I’m thrilled to share that for the third consecutive year, True Talent Group has earned the prestigious ClearlyRated Client & Talent Satisfaction Award! This is such a huge accomplishment for us! It’s a testament to the dedication we have to our clients and the talent we place. We’ve consistently received client satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 94.4% of our clients—a figure that’s significantly higher than the industry average of just 55%. This recognition speaks volumes about our team’s commitment to excellence and our focus on delivering top-tier creative and marketing talent that not only meets the technical needs of our clients but also fits their unique company cultures.

The ClearlyRated Client Satisfaction Award is no small feat to achieve. It’s based entirely on feedback from our clients, who rate us on everything from the quality of the candidates we provide to how well we understand their business needs. Having 94.4% of our clients give us a score of 9 or 10 out of 10 is something I’m incredibly proud of. It tells me that we’re not just meeting expectations—we’re exceeding them.
It’s also worth noting that agencies who win this award tend to have clients who are more than 50% more likely to be completely satisfied with their experience. Additionally, candidates placed by winning agencies like ours are 1.6 times more likely to be fully satisfied with their new roles.
