True Talent Group Names Riley O’Connor as Company’s Newest Recruiting Partner

True Talent Group is excited to announce that Riley O’Connor will be the company’s newest Recruiting Partner. In this role, O’Connor will focus on finding a true fit – both culture and skill – for clients across the U.S.

Reporting to Stacey Stratton, founder and CEO of True Talent Group, O’Connor will partner closely with best in class talent and clients to execute TTG’s business strategy and drive growth by focusing on serving corporate marketing and creative departments, small to mid-sized businesses, agencies, and nonprofits in need of flexible/fractional talent and direct hire talent.

And as a bonus, Riley can tell us if it’s going to rain or not!”

O’Connor was most recently a meteorologist with WCCO-TV’s morning show. He joined WCCO in 2019 when he moved to the Twin Cities after being the morning meteorologist at KCCI-8 in Des Moines, Iowa. O’Connor also spent 16 years as a Talent Manager and Talent Development Coordinator for Discover Management, where he oversaw on-camera talent recruitment, development, and talent strategy.

A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, O’Connor also earned a Meteorology degree from Mississippi State University. Active in the community, he has volunteered with the Animal Humane Society, the American Red Cross, and the Blue Cure Foundation.
